NetSEO WhatsApp Connect is a SaaS integration that enables CS-Cart merchants to connect their own WhatsApp Business Accounts and send transactional order notifications to customers who have opted in. Merchants retain control of their business portfolio, phone number, message templates, recipients and Meta billing. Net Seo Media uses Platform Data only to establish and maintain the merchant-authorized connection, send approved transactional templates and process message delivery statuses.
Public self-serve signup is not open yet. Access is currently limited to private testing.
How it works
Designed for CS-Cart stores that need order status updates over WhatsApp without giving up ownership of their WhatsApp assets.
Authenticate and authorize their company
Through Facebook Login for Business / Embedded Signup, the merchant authorizes their own company and assets.
Connect WABA and phone number
The merchant connects their own WhatsApp Business Account and business phone number to the service.
Configure order templates
Approved WhatsApp templates are mapped to order events such as created, paid, shipped or cancelled.
Notify opted-in customers
Transactional notifications are sent only to buyers for whom the merchant has recorded consent.
Process delivery statuses
WhatsApp webhooks update message statuses such as sent, delivered, read or failed.

Merchant-owned WhatsApp assets
Each store connects its own portfolio, WABA and number. Net Seo Media does not require merchants to share a common phone number.
Transactional order notifications
Supports template-based updates for order lifecycle events after the merchant configures approved templates.
Consent-aware sending
The service expects merchants to collect and pass opt-in confirmation before notifications are dispatched.
Centralized secure connection layer
Access tokens and connection metadata are stored centrally and encrypted. They are not stored inside CS-Cart modules.
Webhook status processing
Delivery and failure events are received from WhatsApp and processed to keep message status up to date.
Disconnect and deletion support
Merchants can disconnect the integration and request deletion of associated data through documented channels.
Data and privacy
- Platform Data is used only to operate the authorized integration.
- Data is not sold and is not used for advertising by Net Seo Media.
- Tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed in public pages or CS-Cart modules.
- Phone numbers and payloads are minimized and protected according to operational need.
Merchant control & security
- Merchants keep control of their Business Portfolio, WABA, number, templates and Meta billing.
- API calls from CS-Cart use server-to-server authentication.
- Webhook authenticity is verified before processing.
- Sensitive operational endpoints are not indexed.
