1. Service description

netSEO Whatsapp Connect is a software-as-a-service integration operated by NET SEO MEDIA SRL that helps online merchants connect their own WhatsApp Business Accounts — via platform modules (e.g. CS-Cart and others) or the Connect API — and send transactional order notifications to customers who have opted in. On the same subscription and WhatsApp connection, merchants may also create Meta-approved MARKETING templates and schedule marketing campaigns from the customer console, subject to Meta policies and these Terms. The product is publicly available for self-serve signup and subscription.

WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. netSEO Whatsapp Connect is an independent software integration and is not endorsed or sponsored by Meta unless expressly stated otherwise. Net Seo Media does not claim Meta Partner, Meta-approved, or WhatsApp-certified status unless Meta has expressly granted such status.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The service is intended for merchants operating online stores on supported ecommerce platforms or custom systems integrated via Connect API, and for authorized administrators acting on behalf of those merchants. You must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, and ensure only authorized personnel connect Meta assets. Public self-serve signup is available through the registration flow on this website.

3. Merchant responsibilities

  • install and configure the platform module correctly, or integrate via Connect API according to our documentation;
  • authorize only business assets you are entitled to manage;
  • obtain and document customer opt-in before sending WhatsApp transactional notifications;
  • obtain and document a separate marketing opt-in before sending WhatsApp Marketing campaigns, and honour opt-out (e.g. STOP);
  • use Meta-approved message templates only; marketing sends are blocked until the template status is APPROVED;
  • include in templates/campaigns only links on the licensed store domain registered in Connect (no off-domain or shortener links);
  • use accurate order-related and promotional content;
  • comply with applicable laws, Meta terms, WhatsApp Business policies and your ecommerce platform obligations;
  • keep recipient lists and consent records accurate;
  • pay any Meta messaging / conversation charges associated with your WhatsApp usage.

4. Use of WhatsApp Business Platform

Merchants connect their own Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and phone number. Message delivery depends on Meta’s platform, template approval, recipient status and Meta’s policies. We do not control Meta’s uptime, template review outcomes or Meta billing decisions.

5. Consent and templates

Transactional notifications may be sent only where the merchant has a valid basis and has indicated opt-in as required by the integration. Merchants must not use the service for spam, unsolicited marketing that violates WhatsApp rules, deceptive content, or prohibited categories of content.

6. Permitted and prohibited use

Permitted use is limited to operating a legitimate store ↔ WhatsApp transactional and marketing messaging integration through Connect. Prohibited use includes, without limitation:

  • attempting to access another merchant’s data or assets;
  • bypassing authentication, HMAC, webhook verification or rate limits;
  • reverse engineering except where permitted by mandatory law;
  • using the service to violate Meta / WhatsApp policies or applicable law;
  • reselling Platform Data or using it for advertising outside the merchant’s authorized messaging;
  • uploading malware or abusing support channels.

7. Fees

Meta messaging / conversation fees are billed by Meta to the merchant according to Meta’s pricing and the merchant’s WhatsApp setup. Any separate fees charged by Net Seo Media for the SaaS integration, if applicable, will be communicated separately and are distinct from Meta charges. Subscription pricing for the SaaS integration is published on the pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.

8. Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, incidents, Meta outages or third-party failures may affect functionality. Features may evolve over time; material changes will be communicated where reasonable.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, security incidents, unpaid amounts (if fees apply), suspected policy violations, or legal compliance. We will act proportionately and restore access when the issue is resolved where practicable.

10. Intellectual property

The service software, documentation and branding of Net Seo Media remain our property or that of our licensors. Merchants retain rights in their store data, branding and Meta/WhatsApp assets. Meta trademarks belong to their respective owners; unauthorized use of Meta logos is not granted by these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Net Seo Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages arising from Meta platform behavior, merchant misconfiguration, missing opt-in, or template rejection. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law.

12. Termination and disconnection

Merchants may disconnect the integration and stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access for material breach, unpaid amounts (where fees apply), or discontinuation of the product with reasonable notice where practicable. After disconnection, data handling follows our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

13. Data protection

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Merchants remain responsible for lawful messaging to their customers.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material updates where permitted by law. For material changes affecting contracted merchants, we will provide additional notice when reasonable.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that cannot be waived.

Accounts, subscriptions and billing

NetSEO WhatsApp Connect offers a paid subscription of 29.99 EUR/month (net) per licensed domain. Customers in Romania are charged Romanian VAT 21% where applicable (estimated total 36.29 EUR/month). Messaging fees charged by Meta/WhatsApp are separate and paid in the customer’s own WhatsApp Business account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receipts are payment confirmations and are not Romanian fiscal invoices / e-Factura. Fiscal invoicing, if required, will be handled by a separate process after accounting review.

One subscription equals one domain and at most one WhatsApp Business number. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A short grace period may apply for failed payments before API access is suspended.
